Whatever challenges you are facing, there’s no doubt that some days will be harder to cope with than others.
By looking at the elements of a good day you can find ways to make the toughest days go better. What made things go well? Did you do something that made you happy? How did other people help?
We also ask you to think about how a bad day looks. This may not be easy, so you might like to do this with a good friend or member of you family. Bad days will come, but if you know why they’re hard, and what can make them easier, you can take action.
