All of us have good days and bad days. It can be helpful to think about what makes a really good day for you, and what bad days are like.
You can use this information to think about how you can have more good days.
Think about what a good day feels like. What happens? Who is with you? How do you feel? Write down anything that’s connected with a good day.
Now do the same for a bad day.
Now that you have completed the Good Day Bad Day thinking tool, think about these questions:
Look at what makes a good day for you. Is there anything you or others could do to make the good things happen more?
Look at what makes a bad day for you. Is there anything you or others could do to stop some of the bad things happening, or make them happen less often?
Note what you want to do, or how others can help you, so you can have more good days and fewer bad days. Do this on your Living Well Notes thinking tool.
